denholtz associates hosts annual broker appreciation event

Denholtz Associates of Rahway, a real estate development company, recently hosted its annual broker appreciation event to celebrate another successful year with the commercial real estate brokerage community of New Jersey.

In total, Denholtz Associates closed 190 transactions across its New Jersey portfolio totaling approximately 713,500 square feet and $55 million in lease value in 2008.

"I am proud to announce that 2008 was another successful year for Denholtz Associates, and we are pleased to celebrate with the professionals from around the state who made it possible for us to keep pushing forward despite the current challenging economic environment," stated Kristine Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing. "This event is our way of showing our sincere appreciation."

Held at the Highlawn Pavilion in West Orange, several prizes were raffled to those who attended. Raffle winners included Charles Laginestra of CB Richard Ellis, who won an iPod with speaker deck; Dennis Gralla of CRESA Partners, who won a laptop computer; and Susana Malupin of Archie Schwartz Company, Realtors, Pat Masi of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc., Gregory Sabato, of Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey, and Dave Blitt of Bussel Realty Corporation who all won tickets to a Major League Baseball game.
