Union Plaza Apartments and Rahway Plaza Apartments, managed by Denholtz Associates, were recently recognized by the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Agency (NJHMFA) with its Excellence in Housing Management Award for 2007.

The award recognizes superior performance in four categories: physical condition, administrative activities, occupancy issues and asset management. Both facilities received an "Excellent" rating.

This is the eleventh year Denholtz has been recognized by the NJHMFA.
